I Love Barcelona’ has inaugurated a new restaurant in Badalona’s C/ del Mar.
The franchise ‘I Love Empanada‘ has opened its seventh establishment in the province of Barcelona. Located at Carrer del Mar 93 (Badalona), and advised by the real estate consultant Laborde Marcet, this opening confirms the popularity of empanadas as one of the most attractive gastronomic options among the Spanish public.
The Badalona location will soon be joined by two new locations: Santa Coloma de Gramanet and La Maquinista shopping center. Regarding the brand’s expansion trend, Damián Forneris, CEO of I Love Empanada, explains that his goal is to “finish the year with 16 restaurants open”. In that regard, Forneris, who moved his business from the United States after the pandemic, says: “We are talking about an expected growth of one new opening per month for the next two years“.
